Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team at our Gems & Jewellery company in Gotalawadi, Katargam, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in the HR field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

The salary for this position is between ₹500000 and ₹700000 per annum, depending on experience. The working hours are 10am-7pm.
