Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Hojiwala, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 4 years of experience in the Textiles industry.

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to employees. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing employee relations, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

The successful candidate should have a graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.

The salary for this position is between ₹300000 and ₹420000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The working hours are 10am-7pm.
