As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, new policy implementation, full and final settlement, onboarding, and labor law compliance. The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in the HR field.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing and implementing new HR policies, and handling full and final settlement of employees. You will also be responsible for onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Additionally, you will be expected to stay updated with the latest labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance within the organization. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
