We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR professional to join our team in Surat. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for handling all HR functions within the organization. This includes but is not limited to recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll management, performance management, and employee relations. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and followed. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with employees at all levels of the organization. This is a full-time position with working hours from 10am to 7pm. The salary range for this position is up to 35,000 rupees per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
