Key responsibilities

1. Need one 4 to 5 year experienced HR Manager who are work as a HR Manager as well as Inventory also in manufacturing industry only.
2. Able to handle 200 employees
3. Understand Top Management , Middle Management and lower [labor] management.
4. Know about PF , ESIC and little bit labor lows
5. Able to crate staff training , motivate sales department , accounts department and lower management also
6. He is able to make new productive rules for the company
7. Seat with Master or owner understand problem and give them solution
8. Knowledge about SWOT Analysis , KPI , KRA etc....
9. Parallel he is able to manage goods in and goods out report
10. Reporting should be strong.
11. Salary range :- 25000 to 30000
12. Office time :- 10 to 8
