Qualification Required :- MBA With HR

Responsibilities :

1. Co-ordinate interview process
2. New Employee Orientation
3. Scheduling and coordination training and orientation sessions.
4. Attendance and absent status management
5.Maintain and update employee personal file.
6. Handle employee resignation , exit interview , clearance , closing activation and final settlement as required.
7. Handle disciplinary matters , legal affairs & Industrial relations related issues for all the area.
8. Discuss with owner and able to make new hr policies.
9. Strong communication , fast learner , strong documentation etc....
10. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
11. Candidate should handle 60 to 100 people at the same time in the previous company
12. Office time :- 10 to 8
13. Experience required :- between 6 to 10 year. Preferable Industry FMCG
14. Salary :- up to 50000
