Designation: HR Manager

Roles & Responsibilities
 Understand organization’s vision, mission & values and play a key role to
develop best culture and environment where each and every individual can
grow, feels happy to work and become excellence in their life.
 Develop and monitor overall Human Resource strategies, systems and
procedures across the organization
 Manage the recruitment, selection and induction process
 Manage complete exit procedure of an employee
 Oversee, improve and manage a performance evaluation and appraisal system
 Assess training needs and coordinate technical and non-technical training.
Check effectiveness of training.
 Design HR policies and procedures
 Overseeing payroll and leave
 Conducting focused group discussions/ theme-based chats to understand pain
points of the employee
 Manage all HR related work and supervise admin work
Requirements
 Good command on English, Gujarati and Hindi language.
 People oriented and results driven
 Knowledge of HR systems, policy and databases management
 Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
 leadership skills
 Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all
levels of the company
 Very good at mail drafting in English language

Qualification
 MBA HR (preferred)
 Degree in Human Resources
Experience
 4 + years’ experience
 Work experience HR Head

salary range: 30 to 50 K
