Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Kosmadi, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience in the Energy industry.

The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. This includes developing and managing the recruitment process, developing and managing employee relations, developing and managing performance management systems, developing and managing compensation and benefits programs, and developing and managing training and development programs.

The successful candidate should have a graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.

The annual salary for this position is between ₹360000 and ₹480000, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position with working hours of 10am-7pm. Benefits will be provided as per company norms.
