Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Mahidharpura, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience in the Gems & Jewellery industry.

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to employees. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing employee relations, performance management, and training and development.

The successful candidate should have a postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.

The salary for this position is between ₹360000 and ₹420000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The working hours are 9am-7pm. Benefits are as per company norms.
