Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team at our furniture company in Palsana, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience in the HR field.

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training. The successful candidate will be able to develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The salary for this position is between ₹300000 and ₹480000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The working hours are 10am-7pm. Job benefits are as per company norms
