Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team at our Textiles company in RingRoad, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience in the HR field.

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to employees. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The position offers a salary range of ₹20000 to ₹35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The working hours are 10am-7pm.
