- Must have good knowledge of Fashion Industry
- Should have to co-ordinate for sales department when required with client.
- Employee should be ready to train fellow/juniors HR executive if required.
- Coordinating with co-HR executive and other related departments
- Sending regular updates about position status
- Employee should be ready for travelling outside city for business meetings, requirement gatherings for short period of time around a week if required.
- Employee should engage and support departments in the development and delivery of strategic HR plans to fit with the overall business direction in accordance with company policy compliance
- Develop world-class apparel industry standard HR policies and procedures
- Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, training managers to coach and discipline employees, and counselling employees and supervisors
- Champion the on boarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role in relation to the overall vision
- Be the trusted advisor for your stakeholders, providing expert advice, guidance and coaching to managers in all aspects of HR.
- Support Workplace experience and engagement activities.
- Managing company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process, on boarding newcomers to the company.
- Determining suitable salaries and remuneration.
- Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements
- Build strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration
- Handle confidential matters with discretion
- Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of HRBP and HR Operations activities.
- Specialties in: Resource Sourcing, Screening, Estimating Budget, resource Database Management, Vendor Management, offer release and on boarding. Industry knowledge: Fashion Industry
- Should have good communication skills (English)
- Must have capacity to work independently and also as a part of team
