Job Description



We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Udhna, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Textiles industry and a maximum of 5 years.

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to employees. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing employee relations, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

The annual salary for this position is between ₹360000 and ₹42000. This is a full-time position with working hours of 10am-7pm. Job benefits are as per company norms.
