Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Head to join our Gems & Jewellery company based in Varachha Road, Surat. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources and should be a graduate.
The HR Head will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. He/She will bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. The HR Head will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and selection process, performance management, training and development, and employee engagement activities.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and have the ability to work independently.
The working hours are 10am-7pm and the salary range is ₹400000-720000 per annum. Other benefits will be as per company norms.
