Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Vesu, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience in the Textile / Garments industry.

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to employees. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The position offers an annual salary of between ₹300000 and ₹500000, depending on experience. The working hours are 9:30am-6:30pm.

The successful candidate should have a graduate degree and be familiar with the latest HR trends and best practices.
