Job Description



We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our team in Kim, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience in the Heavy Machinery industry.

The HR Officer will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to employees. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of between ₹360000 and ₹480000 per annum, depending on experience. The working hours are 10am-7pm.

The successful candidate should have a Graduate qualification and be able to demonstrate a good understanding of HR processes and procedures.
