Position: Interior Designer
Experience: 10 to 22 years Real estate experience desirable.
Salary: 40k-50k
Qualification: Diploma in Architecture Assistantship
Knowledge Require: Microsoft Word, Auto CAD.
Location: Surat
Local Candidate desirable
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Responsible for all Finishing drawings, Specifications finalization and as built drawings based on
design concept of others as well as facilitating the coordination of structural and MEP services on
various projects.
 Assisting for Material selection and finalization to the director.
 Managing Site finishing drawing Requirement and Addressing Critical issues at Site level and resolving
with Consultant.
 Inspection & Approval of Mock up + Workmanship + Material.
 To check design work through construction phase and completion.
 Responsible for Conducting on-site observation and compliance checks on previous reviewed design
work.
 Regular site visit to each site and cross check all development with site team.
 Update of Drawing register on every Monday and send requirement to respective consultants and
intense follow up for availability of details before time.
 Responsible for availability of GFC drawings(with sign off) and before date and ensure not to delay
site execution work.
 Check all practical aspect of ongoing execution work and correct implementation before/during/after
of construction work.
 Regular site visit to ensure new development will going on as per requirement.
 Co ordination with budget team (Q.S team) for budget related queries. Provide them revised
details/drawing/selection according to budget.
 Joint meeting with principle contractor for shop drawing query/selection/details/revision.(budget
option)
 Selection of material according to requirements of Q.S team, site team, contracts/purchase
team, architects or management.
