Candidate should be from Bharuch, Ankleshwar,Kim and Kosamba

Job Description:
• Physical Inventory verification at Plant at the end of every month & reconcile with SAP stock
• After stock recon identify the reason for variance (shortage / excess) of inventory & highlight the same to Management
• Stock audit on randomly basis for FG/RM/PM & match with system stock to ensure there is no difference in physical stock Vs System stock.
• Check the stock inward process to ensure proper stock inward entry done in system
• Monitor stock return from Customer is entered in system while receiving physical stock return.
• Co-ordinate with store team & ensure proper records are maintained for goods inwards & outwards.
• Keep monitoring all stock transfer from Plant to other location must be transferred with proper invoice / STN (Stock Transfer Note) & any movement out of state GST must be charged
• Inspection of records maintained by Store team for E-way bill / STN / Inwards / Outward register & verify proper records are maintained.
For any stock transfer / sales from Plant, ensure invoice is also generated on real time basis without delay.
• Customer reconciliation on periodical basis
• Preparing Customer ageing report & circulate to S&D team & highlight for long outstanding amount
• Checking & verification petty cash exp of plant & book in system after proper approval
