Job Description

Develop strategic marketing plans and lead the tactical execution of sales
Gather local market insights: data on competitor products, customer needs, market prices, farmer production costs & risks, other market trends
Partner with commercial team to implement go-to-market plans
Support sales by providing marketing materials & tools
Manage marketing calendar of events and promotions such as tradeshows, conferences and customer events
Lead internal and external communications strategy
Lead strategic marketing for Indonesia aquaculture business (fish & shrimp animal nutrition)
Lead development of strategic go-to-market plans that support the strategy across the region via customer segmentation and targeted offerings, activities & communication
Lead deployment of new global marketing products, solutions, and services across the region (“NPSS”)
Manage product life-cycle plan; develop and periodically revise Portfolio Strategy to enable the business to reach desired potential
Gather local market insights
Visit customers in field to support sales efforts, identify and understand customer needs, opportunities/challenge
Track and analyze competitor’s value proposition, product offerings, recent actions, developments and trends
Share insights with regional pricing analyst to enhance customer economic model and provide guidance into pricing process
Partner with commercial team to implement go-to-market plans; leadership training and workshops to provide them with marketing tools to be effective in their role
Support sales presentations that communicate value proposition & brand message
