Job Description

1.Preparing the plans and production schedules for manufacturing fabrics.
2.To collect P.O. / Order sheet from concerned Department.
3.To co-ordinate with the sales person for the quality/orders and delivery date of the customers.
4.To follow up in all stages of production in the factory from sample making to shipment.
5.To keep track of the actual In-house status of all relevant production materials and inform the same to factory Management in well ahead.
6.To schedule production planning and control and lead time of each production to meet dates according to customer orders.
7.Exploring production specifications and maintaining the factory capacity data.
8.Preparing a plan and schedules workflow for the each department.
9.To co-ordinate with the customers for the orders and timely delivery.
10.To manage staff members and take work to their maximum efficiency.
