Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Online Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the textile/garments industry and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The Online Sales Executive will be responsible for managing our online sales channels, including our website, social media, and other online platforms. The successful candidate will be able to identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales and customer engagement.

The Online Sales Executive will be based in our Surat office and will work 9:30am-7:30pm.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales

• Monitor and analyze online sales performance

• Manage customer inquiries and complaints

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers

• Monitor and respond to customer feedback
