Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Operations Manager in the textiles industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and managing various aspects of the manufacturing process, as well as ensuring effective communication within the organization. This is a full-time position with working hours from 10am to 7pm.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum educational requirement of an MBA degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. They should have a strong understanding of operations and be able to effectively manage and coordinate various tasks. Excellent communication skills are also essential for this role, as the Operations Manager will be required to liaise with different departments and stakeholders. The salary for this position ranges from 900,000 to 1,080,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, the job benefits will be provided as per company norms.
