Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in West Africa, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience in the metals industry.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing and implementing operational strategies. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of between ₹3,00,000 and ₹6,00,000 per annum, as well as accommodation, visa, and tickets. The working hours will be 10am-7pm.

The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
