Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. Based in Katargam, Surat, this position will involve assisting the receptionist, secretaries, and other administrative assistants in performing their daily duties. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours and a competitive salary range of INR 120,000 to INR 144,000 per year. As part of the administrative team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to our staff members.
In this role, your responsibilities will include tasks such as answering phone calls, managing calendars, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies. You will also be expected to assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
