RESPONSIBILITIES:
SHAPE COMMUNICATE OUR VISION AND MISSION
CONCEIVE AND IMPLIMENT CONCEPTS, GUIDELINE & STRATEGIES FOR DIFFERENT CAMPAIGNS
AND OVERSEE THEM FOR COMPLETION
LEAD BRAIN STORMING SESSIONS TO GENERATE IDEAS & DEVICE INNOVATIVE GROWTH
STRATEGY
ANALYZE BRAND POSITIONING AND CONSUMER INSIGHTS ALONG WITH SALES AND BRAND
FORECASTING
EXCELLENT HOLD ON SALES PROCESS
TRANSLATE BRAND ELEMENTS INTO PLANS AND GO TO MARKET STRATEGY
MANAGE A TEAM OF MARKETING, DESIGNERS, PEOPLE WORKING ON BRAND INITIATIVES
LEAD CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT TO MOTIVATE THE TARGET AUDIENCE TO “TAKE ACTION “
MANAGE AND MONITOR MARKETING TEAM, CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND MAINTAIN SYNC WITH
PRODUCTION TEAMS
ESTABLISH KPI’S, PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATION, COST AND PRICE PARAMETERES
PREPARE BUDGET, MEASURE PERFORMANCE REPORT OF MARKETING CAMPAIGNS, ROI’S, KPI’S,
COCA.
MARKET ANALYSIS AND COMPETITOR ANALYSIS
MAINTAING RELATIONS WITH INFLUENCERS AND RELEVANT PARTIES TO ENSURE BRAND
CONSISTENCY
SUPPORTING ALL FIVE PILLARS INCLUDING VALUE CREATION, MARKETING, SALES, VALUE
DELIVERY, FINANCES
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
1) Must have handle ad budgets of 3 to 4 lakhs
2) MBA in marketing (with good creativity and writing skills )
3) BSC/ BA in advertising AND MARKETING
4) PROVEN WORK EXPERIENCE as a creative head
5) Experience in identifying target audience and device effective campaigns to reach them
6) Data driven thinking and affinity for numbers , strong analytical skills
7) Working knowledge of Digital marketing and how Digital data works
8) Excellent working knowledge of technology , spreadsheets , pdfs , Google analytics ad words ,
Photoshop , InDesign etc. and willingness to learn the updates
9) Must have great skill sets such as organizational, leadership, communication, critical thinking,
problem solving skills.
10) Good knowledge on current affairs.
