Job Description

[We are going to start new crusher unit based at Ankola, Maharashtra..The products which we are going to manufacture are stone, kapchi, grit, sand, etc which are used in road and building works]
• We require a dedicated person who can handle whole production line starting from mines to ready product.
• His task will be to make full use of the available resources and achieve 100 percent efficiency.
• He will have to check raw material incomings, handle related staff and labor, have knowledge and maintenance of production related crusher machinery, transporting dumpers, maintain book records, ready product quality checks, etc…
• Keeping records of all owned or rented machinery
• Ensuring machinery is maintained and serviced
• Supervising and motivating staff. He or she is part of the project management team and also reports to head office
• Seeing that all machinery is checked over in accordance with health and safety legislation
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
• Leadership and human resources management skills


Production : 200 tan per hours
Qualification : mechanical engineer
Experience : 4 to 7 years in this particular field
Salary: 30k to 50K
Note: He will be given food and stay along with salary as per your instructions...
