Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team at Sahara Darwaja, Surat. As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base. Additionally, you will be tasked with handling the recruitment of designers and managing the poly digital unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary range of 600,000 to 840,000 per year.
In this role, your main responsibilities will include building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for recruiting and hiring designers, as well as overseeing their work and providing guidance and support when needed. Furthermore, you will be in charge of managing the poly digital unit, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
