We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Production Manager. Based in Kadodara, Surat, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that all products are manufactured efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position with working hours from 9am to 7pm.

As a Production Manager, your main responsibilities will include managing the production team, scheduling production activities, and ensuring that all production targets are met. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control measures, as well as identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar production management role. A degree or diploma in a related field is also required. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. We offer competitive salary packages ranging from INR 180,000 to INR 300,000 per year, along with other benefits as per company norms.
