Salary Range:-Between 35 to 45k per month.

Job Description :-
Floor and Production Supervisor:-
• Delegate duties to staff members.
• Making sure that staff is trained for assigned job.
• To supervise staff and sort out the Grievances if any.
• Monitor work efficiency of employees and report it to the management.
• To check monthly payroll and salary sheet.
• To monitor leave and discipline of employees.
• Overall responsible for timely procurement of fabrics and timely delivery of finished Garments.
• To check and supervise daily inward and outward of fabrics and other materials.
• Prepare MIS report and submit it to management as per requirement.
• To administer IT and Civil related issue.

Floor and Production Supervisor Requirements:-
• Graduate/B.Com/MBA
• 3-5 years’ experience as production/floor supervisor
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and skills.
• The ability to work under pressure.
