Job Description
• Must have worked with any Real-Estate firm.
• Good at product Analysis, Comparison & Negotiation skills,
• knowledge of the material (plumbing, electrical), Check Balance material,
• Indent material purchase order in Excel and send to the vendor,
• Good at product Analysis, Comparison & Negotiation, knowledge of the material like plumbing, electrical), Check Balance material
• Make purchase order in ERP and send to vendor,
• Material Outward done, making material Return note, Maintaining
Scrap & Physical stock etc…
• Good Knowledge in all types of construction materials with
International materials product.
• Maintain Vendor information Sheet in Excel.
• Make purchase order, Work order & check the quality & the quantity of material, Maintain Vendor information Sheet in Excel.
Experience: Minimum 02 Years in Real Estate
Salary Range: Upto 25,000/-
* Timing: 10 to 7
