Job Description
Need Purchase Executive Female
Job Summary:
The role of Purchase & Administration executive at Company involves vendor management, purchasing raw material and maintaining inventory.
* Responsibilities and Duties:
Representative:
Build, develop and maintain good vendor relationship. Manage relationships to Company's and vendor’s mutual advantage.
Purchasing raw material required by the company.
Developing and maintaining purchase SOP.
Maintaining the inventory on the software.
Finding new sources of raw materials.
Floating inquiries and getting quotations for raw materials.
Tracking with vendor regarding the status of the orders placed.
Sourcing of all materials and intermediates as well as all the items required for day-to-day plant function. He/She will also be involved in planning, coordinating, implementing and improving the procurement system.
Manage and maintain the samples received from customers and vendor.
Manage the payables.
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.
Keep a track of Inventory related KPI such as Days supply of inventories (DSI), Monthly trend, % change over prior month, inventory as a % of annualised Sales.
Making daily purchase report.
Preparing dispatch plan for local and national customers.
Coordinating with transport companies for dispatch.
Submitting weekly report of purchase to the management.
Maintaining customer signed invoices and updating accounts department of the same.
Maintain an up to date and easily accessible filing system for all procurement documents.
Offer solutions for improvement
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum of Bachelors in Commerce, BBA or any other commerce degrees.
PGDM/MBA in Marketing are preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Purchase and office administration and logistics.
Experience in Textile chemical company preferred. Know-how/skills
Must have knowledge of accounting software
Proficient in MS Office
Fluent English is must.
Good communication skills.
Must be able to converse fluently in Hindi and English.
Good time-management skills
