Job Timing:09:30 AM to 7/7:30 PM
Job Location: Sachin GIDC, Surat.
Job Profile:
I. Research potential vendors for purchase of resources.
II. Compare and evaluate offer from supplier, negotiate and generation of purchase order of respective item.
III. All entries should be clear in SAP while generating PO & placing order like vendor name, product details, quantities, rate, etc.
IV. Checking of proper PO barcoding for proper scanning of goods at the time of delivery.
V. Tracking of orders and on time delivery to be ensured.
VI. Reviewing of quality and quantity of purchased product.
VII. Purchase report of all items to be maintained and need to present it to the management on time.
VIII. Monitor stock level and place order accordingly. Coordination with warehouse team for proper stock keeping & tracking of the space for new stock before old stock reaches finish stage.
IX. Coordination with finance team for on time payment of vendors.
X. Approval of all department’s resources purchase.
XI. Will be responsible to coordinate with departments like sampling, grey, administration, packing, lace sampling, finance, etc.

Conditions:
1. 2 years of Bond/ Agreement
2. 10% deduction Every month till 1 years
3. Job timing - 9:30 to 7
4. if worked for 25 days will get 25 days salary.
5. Should have minimum 2 years stability in last company.
