Job Summary

Due to continued staffing needs, Our off shore Branch Regency Recruitment Services have an immediate need for a Healthcare Sourcer/Recruiters to join our US Recruitment team!

- Bachelor degree in English Medium and 3+ years of experience in Voice BPO/RPO is must dealing with USA clients on day to day bases
- Must work during USA time (8PM to 6AM Indian Standard time)- 5 days a week with 1 hour paid lunch break
- Option to work from home

Responsibilities and Duties:
* Prior experience sourcing/recruiting passive candidates
* Stable work history
* Proficient using multiple social media sites to recruit (i.e. LinkedIn, job boards, data bases)
* Able to utilize tools and generating sourcing ideas outside of the traditional recruitment methods
* Able to prioritize and multi-tasking
* Experience successfully building relationships (in sales, recruiting, or other relationship based models and networks)
*Assist in creating sourcing strategies to target, identify, map, and engage potential candidates
* cold calling to current and potential candidates
* Perform online research for résumé and candidate profiles using job boards, social networking sites, etc.
* Evaluate profiles of potential candidates and perform preliminary phone screens (availability, interest, salary range, relocation needs, and to confirm candidates meet basic qualifications)
* Manage the company and employee licensing and credentialing process, send out license renewals/expiration lists to managers, and ensure timeline compliance, as needed
* Applicants must be be comfortable to work with US time zone

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 year in similar field preferred
