3. Maintain Initial Accident / Incident Report.
4. Maintain Daily Site Observation Report.
5. Maintain Excavation Safety Check List.
6. Maintain Site Electric Inspection Report.
7. Maintain Power tool Inspection Report.
8. Maintain Hand Tool Inspection Report.
9. Maintain Scaffolding Inspection Report.
10. Maintain Site Welfare Inspection Report.
11. Maintain Weekly First Aid Report.
12. The Safety acts an advisory capacity to the management and supervision with regards Health Safety and
Environment.
13. Safety is to Monitor and ensure that the activities are being performed with the acceptable safety norms.
14. Helping supervisors to identify the hazardous and unsafe conditions and ensuring rectifications.
15. Conducting Risk Assessment And JSA, Pre Task Meeting and all other project related safety requirement.
16. Conducting Training in various topics, Conducting Safety incentive program, Conducting Safety
auditing/inspection.
