Job Description

The Senior Sales Associate will be responsible for growing the business by achieving sales and
looking for new avenues to bring company more revenue. This is a full time position based in
Surat, India
Responsibilities
 Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the
industry; researching and analysing sales options.
 Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;
recommending solutions.
 Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service
improvements. (all pre sales)
 Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends,
market activities, and competitors.
 Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information.
 Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending industry workshops; reviewing
professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench-marking state-of-the-art
practices
 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
 Individual contributor who can grow a business exponentially

Eligibility Criteria
 Gender: Male / Female
 Experience: Minimum 7 years of work experience in Sales (preferably B2B or enterprise or
software sales)
 Excellent written and oral communication skills
 Full knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
 Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce will be an added advantage
 Willing to travel within India and spend time on field for majority part of the time
 Languages : Looking for candidates who are well spoken in : - English, Hindi, Gujarati
 Salary Range: Rs.600,000 to Rs.8,00,000 CTC
