Job Description

Working with various departments within the company to pull together resources for sales presentations when needed
Taking the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together effective sales presentations
Ensuring the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as presentation folders and brochures is always up to date
Utilizing company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hardcopy form
Acting as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about our products or their accounts
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent team development and leadership skills
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Ensure adherence to laws and policies
