Job Description
SALES EXECUTIVE FOR ALUMINIUM
Role
1. Planning yearly sales targets/ budget for the Company for all product lines.
2. Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
3. Responsible for the performance and development of Sales.
4. Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
5. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to generate new markets.
6. Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance.
7. Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by salesmen.
8. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
9. Tendering the project orders and assignments.
10. Follow-up order bookings, billings, and receivables collection.
Requirements
1. Preferably Engineering graduate.
2. Experience in sales of fabricated aluminium products viz. aluminium windows, doors, fixed screen/ partitions, frameless/ point facades, conventional/ structural glazed curtain wall system, skylights-domes etc.
3. To demonstrate impeccable client-facing skills including excellent oral & written English, Gujarati, Hindi communication skills.
4. Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating, management principles and procedures.
5. Ability to lead a team with a wide range of constituencies in diverse community.
6. Self Driven, results oriented with a positive outlook towards job.
7. Reliable, tolerant, and determined and can work under pressure.
8. Knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications.
9.Strong business sense and industry expertise
10.Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
11.Hands-on experience with CRM
12.Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
13.Fast learner and passion for sales
14.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
salary Range - 20,000/- to 25,000/-
