Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team at our Surat location on Ring Road. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions including hiring, training, compensation, benefits, performance management, organisational design, succession planning, and retention management. Your main goal will be to ensure that our employees are happy and well-supported in order to effectively carry out their job responsibilities.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to effectively manage a diverse workforce. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. Additionally, you should be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
