Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Sahara Darwaja, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the textile/garments industry and a graduate degree.
The primary responsibility of the Customer Support Executive is to provide excellent customer service to our clients. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing product information. The Customer Support Executive will also be responsible for maintaining customer records and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is also essential.
The salary for this position is between ₹180000 and ₹240000 per annum, depending on experience. The working hours are 10am-7pm. Benefits as per company norms.
