Job Description
SALES EXECUTIVE (CEMENT& HARDWARE) (3)
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those to the upper management.
Responsibilities
1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully.
2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
3. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and requirements.
4. Present salesreports and realistic forecasts to the management
5. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
6. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities
7. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
8. Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
9. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
10. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
11. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Requirements and skills
1. Graduation in any field.
2. Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
3. Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
4. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
5. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
6. Strong business sense and industry expertise
7. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
8. Hands-on experience with CRM
9. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
10. Fast learner and passion for sales
11. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
salary Range - 20,000/- to 25,000/-
