Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Head of Department (HOD) to join our team in Vesu, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience in the Architecture industry.
The Sales HOD will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The successful candidate will also be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve sales performance.
The successful candidate should have a postgraduate degree in a relevant field and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The annual salary for this position is between ₹4,00,000 and ₹6,00,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position with working hours of 10am-7pm. Benefits will be provided as per company norms.
