Job Description
Sales manager- In-charge of maintaining a company's sales and business operation to ensure maximum profit.
This involves:
• Overseeing marketing strategies.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Managing a company or department's budgeting and spending.
• Devise business strategies to develop or improve the way a company functions.
• Analyze financial and customer information.
• Research the consumer market and evaluate the cost of running a business versus the profit they make in order to see if any operations need revising.
• Manage the actual operations themselves and may also be in charge of employee performance reviews.
• Build vision & motivation of every individual associated with the company for the smooth operations.
• Collaborate with relevant parties to scale up.
