Job Description

Target oriented sales every month
Daily call and DSR mandatory
Every month sales target & performance report & presentation of monthly performance.
Analyse the need of customer on monthly basis, satisfy, their need & take feedback.
Co-operate with all the client & help them in sales & solve their queries.
From sales to installation and bill collection within 7 days will be their responsibility.
Accounts and ledger to be maintained and cleared from time to time of all the customer and dealers.
Weekly meeting with the sales team and sharing new ideas and solutions.
Self - improvisation and knowledge up gradation as per market growth.
Daily reporting to Director and Hr.
Monthly meeting regarding review and new targets with Hr. and Director and achieve same in the next month.
Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
