Responsibilities and Duties
 Market Research.
 Identifying the potential Indian and international markets and making action plan.
 Executing action plan for marketing and sales. (Brochures, exhibitions, social media etc.)
 Customer Relationship Management. (CRM)
 Identifying potential new customers among them and Approaching them.
 Visit the customers and initiate the first phase for sample order.
 Co-ordinate with factory management and get the sample job done on its scheduled
timeline.
 If any problem found in the product or any problem with the performance, coordinate with
the customer and try to solve the issue.
 After submitting prototype follow-up to the customer for further development and try to
get bulk supply orders.
 Meet the targets.
 Report Weekly, monthly and yearly summery.
 Must have good or at least some knowledge of Induction Motors.
Education level: BE Electric or any Degree ( preferable)
Experience: 1 to 4 years ( some experience in the field of Motor Manufacturing. )
Salary range : 25k to 35k ( negotiable according to work)
