Job Description
Ready to come on Sunday & travel out of the city if needed for company training.
Should have own Vehicle.
Having capabilities to manage the showroom staff & team under them.
Can manage entire sales & will communicate the company’s officials directly.
Candidate from FMCG, Insurance, Pharma& Automobile Industries also welcomed.
Candidate working on the same designation in any other industry and/or company will also welcome.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence.
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Committed to continuing education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Establish sales territories and manage sales distribution.
Recruit, interview, train, and onboard new sales representatives.
Research customer needs and requirements; implement new ideas/strategies to generate interest in sales.
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
