Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in UDHNA, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Textile / Garments industry.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet company objectives. The successful candidate will be able to identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales and profitability.

The Sales Manager will be expected to:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives

• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth

• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers

• Monitor and report on sales performance

• Develop and manage sales budgets

• Train and mentor sales staff

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
