JOB DESCRIPTION
DEPARTMENT: FINANCE & ACCOUNTS
ROLE: ACCOUNTS MANAGER
REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
CA-INTER/ CA IPCC/ M.COM in Commerce, Any Graduate in Any Specialization
4-8yrs exp with any TEXTILE EMBROIDERY / MANUFACTURING Unit
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) is a must and experience in using Accounting ERP, Knowledge about GST laws, Income Tax laws, Labour laws
Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and ability to deal with customers and external
Proactive and well organized.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review of Data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of debtors / creditors statements
Preparation, review of Salary sheet as per the attendance record given by HR and disbursal for the same
Coordination with Purchase department w.r.t Purchase Orders and related invoices
Reconciliation of Inventory with books & stores
Receiving, processing& reviewing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments.
Managing &Handling petty cash, preparing bills and receipts.
Reviewing &maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.
Reviewing &Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register
Preparation& Reviewing of Customer & Vendor Outstanding Reports
Follow-up with Vendors for Purchase bills and GST credit compliance
Knowledge of returns for e-TDS, Service Tax, Profession tax.
Thorough with statutory compliance of deducted and collected taxes viz GST, TDS, Profession tax, PF & ESI.
Monthly Reconciliation of purchase with GST 2A, Preparation of GST ledgers
Quarterly Reconciliation of 26AS with books
Preparation of MIS, monthly profit loss & balance sheets
Preparation of stock statements
Finalisation of books of accounts and individual accounts
Assisting in Income Tax Audits, GST Audits and Internal Audits
Preparation of data as per the need of management consultants
Salary - 30 to 50k
