Roles & Responsibility
• Research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors
• Sourcing material Goods , Products and Negotiating the best or cost effective contacts and deals
• Re-ordering suppliers and stock as necessary
• Updating & Maintaining records of all order , payments and received stock
• Coordinating with delivery team and following up on delay or orders that have been rescheduled
• Establishing professional relationship with client as well as vendors & Suppliers
• Ensuring all stock has packed appropriately and delivered to the correct location in timely manner
• Written & verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Planning skills
• Ability to identify market trends and make design in high stress environment
• Excellent networking with local venders, Brokers, Agencies.
• Time management skills
