Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Workshop Manager in Ichhapore, Surat. In this role, you will be responsible for managing resource availability and ensuring the day-to-day running of the workshops. This includes deploying resources in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
As a Workshop Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshops. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the scheduling of work, managing inventory, and coordinating with other departments to meet production deadlines. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and supervising workshop staff, as well as implementing and maintaining quality control measures.
