Job Description:
Working hours: 10 am to 6 pm
Fittings:
-Ergonomic Office Chairfitting with necessary tools like Allen key, using Bosch Electric Drilling Machine to fit screws of WorkStation (Table) and any other Modular Furniture
Managing Inventory:
-Keep note of all items in stock and placing them efficiently, maintaining stock register for every product entering and leaving warehouse premises Maintaining Cleanliness- utilizing janitor (domestic helper) resource, assigning daily task and following up on their activities
Fulfilling Delivery:
-Schedule on Time Delivery, arranging transport, ensuring all goods reach client in best condition, staying with delivery person until work is completely finished, clicking picture of products on site post-delivery is made and fittings are done Engaging with Clients: Should always smile, understand what the client requires, “listening to what the client is saying”, understanding changing needs for every site, accurately reporting the same to superior.
Problem Solving Ability:
-Reaching out at client’s address, understand client’s requirement for maintenance, clicking pictures of damaged items, sharing these with superior for better understanding of the problem, giving optimum solution after consultation with superior about Product, Price and its Quality.
Job Requirements:
1. Educational Qualification: School Graduate (Must)
2. Should own a personal two-wheeler (Must)
3. Should carry own meal from home for lunch
4. Ability to use personal pre-owned Smart Phone and using Video Chat facility
